Captain Brian Holloman - Patrol Division

Captain Brian Holloman began his career in law enforcement in 1995 after receiving his Bachelor's Degree from Ball State University in Criminal Justice & Criminology. He has since received his Master of Criminal Justice degree from Boston University. Captain Holloman holds multiple certifications, including Internal Affairs investigator, Standardized Field Sobriety Testing (SFST) instructor, Field Training Officer, Traffic Crash Reconstructionist, Computer Forensics Specialist, Crime Analyst, and Homicide Investigator. He previously served as an adjunct faculty member at Indiana Tech, routinely teaching law enforcement and criminal justice courses. He began with ECSO as a security officer at the Elkhart County Jail. Captain Holloman moved on to many roles during his tenure with ECSO, including work as an undercover officer, patrol officer and detective. Prior to his transfer to the Patrol division, Captain Holloman served as the Lieutenant and Captain of the Detective Bureau where he gained valuable investigative skills.
